For more than 40 years, our beauty college has been part of the Kansas City community. Our college was built on values of service, respect, and empowerment, and those values extend beyond our classroom walls. We believe that beauty education is about more than technique, and we encourage our students to uplift others and show gratitude to the community that continues to support us.
Through events like back-to-school haircuts, supply drives, and holiday giving campaigns, we want to help meet the needs of local families while giving students the opportunity to make a difference.

I had an incredible experience at Ea La Mar’s. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about barbering, and they created a supportive learning environment. Chuck did a fantastic job with my low even all around with taper and short beard trim. He has a warm and friendly demeanor that immediately puts you in a relaxed mood. Very nice place.
I am a current barber student at Ea La Mars who is about to graduate in the next weeks and i just have to say this was the best decision i could’ve made coming out of high school. The amount of knowledge and skills i was able to absorb through my time here is phenomenal. The instructors are amazing and treat you as if you’re one of their own. Very professional and clean and would recommend in a heart beat.
